Keto Lowcarb Gravy

Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon unsalted butter or avocado oil or reserved fat
• 8.5 ounces beef bone broth
• 2 cloves grated
• ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon beef bullion
• 1 medium onion sliced or diced
• 12 ounces baby portabella mushrooms sliced 🍄
• 1/8 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
• 2 tablespoons Organic Beef Gelatin
• 2 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1 tablespoon Maggi Seasoning or Kitchen Bouquet1 tablespoon unsalted butter or avocado oil🥑
• 8.5 ounces beef bone broth🍲
• 2 cloves grated
• ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 1 teaspoon beef bullion
• 1 medium onion sliced or diced
• 12 ounces baby portabella mushrooms sliced 🍄
• 1/8 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
• 2 tablespoons Organic Beef Gelatin
• 2 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1 tablespoon Maggi Seasoning or Kitchen Bouquet

Steps:

  1. Use reserved beef fat or avocado oil . Add onions to the skillet and sauté about 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and sauté until they start to soften, and onions look translucent. Add garlic and a little bit of the reserved fat, if needed. Cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  2. Deglaze the skillet with most of the bone broth (approx. 6 ounces). Meanwhile mix the Xanthan Gum and Beef Gelatin with the remaining broth.
  3. Remove heated broth, and slowly add bone broth and Xanthan Bum mixture, whisking constantly, and bring to a boil. Add the heavy whipping cream and; whisk until smooth.. Return to heat and simmer.
