Less than 2 carbs
After fasting for over 16 hours, I wanted to make something fun to snack on to satiate my appetite. Here’s what I came up with
|2 medium boiled eggs||1 tsp diced jalapeno pepper|
|2 slice Krakus Imported Ham||1 tsp diced raw onion|
|1 tbsp Duke’s Mayonnaise||1 tsp Sriracha hot chili sauce|
Dice all ingredients or put everything, except Sriracha sauce, in a food processor. Pulse the mixture a few times to an egg salad consistency.
Serve with zero carb pork rinds. Drizzle a few drops of Sriracha on each bite.
