Restart… Restart… Restart… Why is losing weight so hard?
It’s that time of year when many people start thinking about what happened to their New Year’s resolutions. How often do you see gyms completely filled to the brim, a few month’s after the new year has passed.
Regarding my weight loss goals for 2014, I certainly haven’t done one thing that set out to do this new year.
Today I am jump starting the process!
White tea and a morning juice, consisting of 1 apple, 2 carrots and 3 stalks of celery.
