Where Did the Week Go?

I can hardly believe that tomorrow is Friday.

This week flew!  I started Monday with a Cleanse day.  The rest of the week, I am doing Shake days with one good meal at night.

Last night was a treat, Kathy brought me home left over Chinese food. I had 3 pot stickers, a cup of chicken fried rice and an egg roll.  Not bad overall, maybe a little high in sodium.  The calories should be around 500 and the fat probably around 20 grams.

Every Shake day I follow the same routine. In the morning I take my Ageless Essentials Vitamins, a Natural Accelerator and a cup of decaffeinated coffee.  For both breakfast and lunch I make my ISALean Shakes with a quarter of a frozen banana and 1/4 cup of berries with a half scoop of Ionix Supreme. Dinner is usually a healthy meal with salad or greens vegetables.

Tonight we will have pork chops with cacio e pepe (noodles with Pecorino Romano cheese and pepper).
