KISSThe Shake Day Plan Works For Me

I have been following the ISALean Shake Day plan for the past few days.  The numbers are pretty simple.  Two shakes daily, if you don’t have time to make half-shakes.

Half shakes are when you only use one scoop instead of 2 scoops of the ISALean chocolate or vanilla product.  I make half shakes every two or three hours, depending on what time I start my day.

The reasoning behind half shakes is to keep me from feeling hungry.  I tend to feel hungrier when I only do the 2 shakes per day.  That’s probably why the plan recommends you have a healthy meal at lunch, instead of dinner. Drinking lots of water also helps with the hungries.

Of course the day includes the usual suspects.  Ageless Essentials Vitamins and the Natural Accelerator.

We make our shakes with 1/4 of a frozen banana and 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries.  You can use any combination of fruit if you want.  I justify using the fruit, in the making of the ISALean shakes, in lieu of having fruit as part of the healthy meal part of the Shake Day Plan.

After the shakes are done, we usually do a healthy dinner.  Consisting of a protein (about 3 oz portion) with two veggies or one veggie and a salad.

Tonight’s salad will be a deconstructed cucumber and crab roll.  I am going to use the ISAGENIX Ionix Supreme (liquid) for the dressing.

Shrimp Stir Fry for Dinner gives me these numbers to add to the above:

Calories: 418  Fat: 17  Sodium: 469mg  Potassium: 846mg  Carbs: 22.5g  Inflammatory: 1258

Calories are around 1000 and you know we burn around 3000 per day, just doing day to day stuff with a minimal amount of exercise.  Plus you get all the health benefits from the nutrients provided from the ISAGENIX program.
