DAY 10

Getting back to where I left offFeels like I took 10 steps forward, then 2 backwards.

Today I weighed myself and was happy to see that I was back down the 8 pounds i had lost last week.  It took me 2 days of cleanse to get there, but it was worth it.  Alcohol did play a huge part in gaining back the weight.  It also didn’t hurt that I had a double cheese burger, fries and a coke on Sunday (day 7). As well as a full day of drinking along with a full dinner on Saturday (day 6).  Suffice it to say, I’m back where I left off Saturday morning.

Therefore, although it may look like I’m on my 10th day of ISAGENIX. I am actually only on day 8.

Today I am doing the Shake Day Plan.  I started off early at 5:00 am with a cup of decaf coffee and waited until 6:00 am to start my day.

6:00 am update: ISAGENIX Ionix Supreme with glass of water.

7:00 am update: ISALean Shake with a Natural Accelerator and the Ageless Essentials AM vitamin packet.

10:00 am update: 2 ISAGENIX Snacks and a glass of water.

1:00 pm update: ISALean Vanilla Shake with peaches and mango.

5:00 pm update: Drinking a few glasses of wine to get in the holiday spirit.

9:00 pm update: Made dinner, took my Ageless Essentials night packet.

Tonight I decided to make a Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry. The only difficult part of making this dish is all the weighing and chopping.  That being said, once it’s all prepared, the cooking of this dish is fairly straight forward.  Below are the numbers for two servings.
